Why do more people not self-manage their Type 2 diabetes instead of automatically starting on medication? I'm trying to spread the word that you can do it without medication! Just with diet and exercise.

Paula Deen's Lighter Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake
I signed up to receive Paula Deen's lighter versions of her recipes since discovering she had diabetes and here is the lighter version of her Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake. Not too bad on carbs. Will have to try it.
